University Academy Kidsgrove
University Academy Kidsgrove (UAK) joined the UCAT family in June 2013 and became the academy trust's first ever converted academy. Our aim is to provide a learning environment that challenges and supports pupils in order for them to become a valued member of the community and leave the Academy well prepared for the next stage of their education. A high proportion of our students also come from another UCAT Academy, University Primary Academy Kidsgrove, which is located on the same road.

University Academy Warrington (UAW) joined UCAT on the 7th January 2013 and is located in the Padgate area of Warrington. At University Academy Warrington we want all of our students to achieve well academically and we take great pains to ensure that we have an appropriately broad and balanced curriculum and pastoral structures. The links between the pastoral care, academic achievement and enrichment opportunities are designed to enable every student to reach his or her potential. We use past student performance to establish a culture of success.

University Church Free School
The University Church Free School (UCFS) was set up by UCAT in September 2013 and is currently the trust's only Free School. Our school delivers the best education possible in a caring, family-oriented community committed to Christian values. We focus on the highest quality of learning and teaching across the curriculum with a central importance of literacy and numeracy and a love of music. We are extremely proud of our children and their exemplary behaviour and excellent attitudes to learning. As described by OFSTED, they really are the jewel in the crown of our successful school.

University Church of England Academy
University Church of England Academy (UCEA) opened in September 2009 as UCAT’s first ever Academy and is located in Ellesmere Port. We work collaboratively with the other academies in our UCAT family to allow our students and staff opportunities to develop themselves in a manner that other schools cannot. We deliver this first class education using new technologies to support and enrich the learning experience and curriculum. This rich combination ensures that we are able to prepare all our students for the challenges of the future. UCEA takes pride of place in its state-of-the-art 25 million pound building, constructed specifically for the Academy and currently has over 800 students attending.

University of Chester Academy Northwich (UCAN) opened in January 2012 and is located in Northwich. Our Academy is a mixed school for 11-16 year olds which provides the highest quality education to young people from Northwich. University Primary Academy Kidsgrove (UPAK) Opened in September 2013 as UCAT’s second primary Academy. At University Primary Academy Kidsgrove each pupil can feel that they belong to a caring and supportive community. We work closely with families and communities to ensure that all pupils can achieve their full potential. By working together with families and carers we will inspire our children and encourage them to believe in themselves and to strive for their dreams. Thanks to its location next door to University Academy Kidsgrove, UPAK pupils benefits from strong collaboration with the secondary academy.

University Primary Academy Weaverham
University Primary Academy Weaverham (UPAW) opened in January 2014 and is the most recent Academy to join the UCAT family and is located in Weaverham, a village near Northwich in Cheshire. We are fully committed to developing each child’s unique potential within a secure and caring environment. We believe that our children should not only reach their best academically, but also develop a thirst for knowledge and a love of learning. The children of UPAW are happy learners, who work hard to reach the challenges set by their teachers. Our teaching team are passionate individuals who create a stimulating learning environment and ensure tailored provision for every individual. The success and achievement of our children is tailored from our educational ethos of 'Believe, Belong, Become'.
